e after-effect of yoga was my arms are aching like hell...even worse than playing badminton...ytd i complained to andreas n e day before to mh tat e new teacher's sun salutation was dunno which version de..but today i jus recalled tat it was not any other versions..it was e 10-step sun salutation my teacher has taught...n i think we did like a good 10 times of it without e 12-step on as foundation...no wonder i'm aching like hell..imagine i hav to do it for e next 7 wks? omg..i cant imagine it..

after sch went to run some errands ard e sch....u must be thinking sch got wat errands rite?? got lorz...like paying membership fees, collecting their free gift - which is a book... draw money - but end up not done cos there is no money in e machine...haha...all drawn away liaoz... then went hav lunch w mh n jen...cos andreas n i dun wanna meet too early...esp if we are going to see each other till e nite...haha...
anyway i met her at 2pm larz...first went to see her eat lunch at e foodcourt at cine...then went subway to spend our time...haiz...we tok till we got tired...but nevertheless...we manage to spend time till 6.30...when we went up to cathay n got a shock by zl...cos thought he will be late...but he suddenly appeared in front of us...xy appeared later..haha...
watched Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa..was pretty funny...even though i didnt catch e 1st movie...but i fell aslp in btwn for ard 5-10 mins...e most boring part of e movie larz...but slp not all due to e boring part...but cos i was super tired...only slpt 2.5 hrs e nite before...
after tat went to Robinsons...cos andreas got us entry passes to their private sale...we got a glass of wine cos there were waiters ard every where...although it was said to hav food also...but we didnt manage to see anything ard...but well..didnt buy anything there larz..firstly cos i'm broke...2ndly..cos e things are ex there...even after 20% discount...
after which went mac to hav dinner...n more chit chat sessions!!! as usual w our stories...haha...
oh...at subway i was complaining to andreas abt my temp yoga teacher...cos my teacher sprained her leg...so cant teach us...so got a replacement for our course...not v used to her teaching mtd...for she has got no ambience at all even though she tried to make e ambience e way my teacher used to do...haiz...i hav to see her for another 7 more sessions....
please take me away from reality
