Went to watch fireworks again today…this time is from China de…starting from me meeting andreas n her sis at mrt…e siblings started their usual ‘quarrels’..da shi qing ma shi ai mahz…haha..on way her sis kept looking at her phone..cos her bf was late..so she ask him to fly..haha..taking train from serangoon when we are already at tpy or izzit novena?? She insisted tat her bf will reach city hall earlier than us..but according to my train exp..we will reach earlier..haha…anyway..andreas n I went to mSq find food first while her sis waited for her bf…went to john little to buy titbits (for entertainment while waiting for fireworks disply)..at first wanna hav subway de..but changed our minds…so wanna get long john instead..but saw e long queue..so gave up..see all e fast foods along e way..also long queue..how sad..so finally decided on mac…but mac also no better lorz…is super long queue lehz…but we gave up e idea of getting food elsewhere le..so jus buy from there…a mcspicy meal..missed e times we had mcspicy double…anyway..at mac..there comes a new rule from Andreas’s sis… ‘French fries at mac is free flow!!!’ muahahaha…act is she wanna say go take straws or something from e table behind us (but quite far away imagining e long queues flooding e poor little mac at mSq) but say wrong..so it became French fries…
Then met Adeline (andreas’s fren) outside mac..then we went to find seats to settle down for dinner..n shun bian chop place to see fireworkz..noticed tat I didn’t mentioned name of andreas’s sis…cos she is also Adeline!!!at tat pt of time..there are 2 adelines..abit confusing?? No actually..cos their looks, height and size are totally diff…haha..
Finally saw some signs of hope before e esplanade where there are still quite abit of place..but e pavement is gone..think they removed and replaced w grass patches…so had to sit on grass..meanwhile..asked mh n jen if they were kind enough to help us buy mat to let us sit on..but didn’t manage to find any..anyway..suppose to meet e 2 of them de..but they gave up looking for us..so they stay put at somewhere near e platform..
After waiting for near 1 hr..finally see our dear mau appearing le..he came at somehow e right moment..cos we were too full to finish our fries..so having a hungry NS guy who didn’t take his lunch n dinner..he simply finished our fries n drinks as well..anyway mau was v entertaining as usual..took some photos as well..haha..
Finally e moment we were awaiting for came..FIREWORKS!!!but horz…our view not v nice..though better than ytd..cos gana blocked by a super big ‘moon’which gives us too much light…

After which got a call from my mum..she so clever sia..heard e popping sounds of fireworks..so called to see if I watching…she noe me so well..haha..then got another call from e 2 girls lost somewhere at esplanade area…couldn’t call my phone through..so call mau instead..but our dear mau so blur..i saw my name on his phone when mh called..!!! omg..how can our sister be so sotong..under my strong reaction..he finally changed our contact n names back to e correct ones le..
Went to take bus after tat..but e bus stop so many ppl..after attempting to catch e bus 133 twice..we gave up n walk to fullerton there to take bus.. knowing tat e bus ride is long..but as we chatted on e bus..this grp of aunties board e bus.. n poor Adeline..she was crushed…so much so tat she couldn’t take it n told e auntie..in e end change standing positions w e auntie..there comes our entertainment n this give mau a gd chance to show his skills..haha..he really noe how to make e auntie happy sia..so much laughter on e bus..
But e bus ride was too long..so changed bus at macritchie..went to mac at amk for drink..then see mau finish his lunch cum dinner cum supper..while he is eating..we took out our unopened titbits from his bag..omg..e chips were flattened…anyway reached home at 0020..k larz..by now some of u may be cursing n swearing tat my entry is too long..shall spare all of u e agony of reading further..=P
